Hi and Happy New Year! I am writing to inquire whether or not your organization would be open to hosting one or two American interns from LIU Global ( Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York) this coming fall 2017 ( September- December). Every year we place our senior undergraduate students at an international organization to complete a semester long internship. You can read more about this experiential degree program these students are completing that is affiliated with Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York here: http://www.liu.edu/Global/Academics All of our students are very interested in and committed to pursuing careers related to global health, human rights, gender issues etc. Currently, I have two students particularly interested in your early childhood development and health projects. Please let me know if you would be willing to talk with me more about potentially hosting them as interns this fall. Thank you so much for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

    Warmly,
    Teresa Tomassoni
Assistant Director of the Asia Pacific Programs
